Hayk has dedicated his career from the outset to the engineering and construction industry and building the family business.

With his innovative approach, commitment, leadership skills, and superb quality of work Hayk has co-founded and made Biayna Corporation a significant competitor in the engineering and construction industry.

Hayk has directed the company towards open and straightforward relationships with customers, ability to perform, and delivery of highest quality.

His role has been pivotal in business development, marketing, and company management. Hayk holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from USC, and a bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Statistics.

Principal Engineer

With over 10 years of experience as a structural engineer, David brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Biayna's team. Prior to joining Biayna, David was a structural engineer at Parsons, where he worked on challenging infrastructure and large commercial projects, including transportation, ocean outfall, large diameter pipe tunnels, water treatment plants, nuclear enrichment facilities, army training camps, FAA control towers, industrial office buildings and parking structures.

David has a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from University of Southern California, and a Master's in Structural Engineering from California State University at Northridge. He holds both Professional Engineer's (PE) and Structural Engineer's (SE) licenses in California.

Operations Manager

Mushegh holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School and a bachelor’s in civil engineering from University of Southern California.

With over eighteen years of experience in diverse sectors of construction industry, including general construction, project management, contract administration, and risk engineering, he brings a well-rounded and versatile expertise to Biayna.

Mushegh joins Biayna from Zurich North America, where worked as a Sr. Construction Risk Consultant on numerous mega-projects. Prior to Zurich, he worked on Los Angeles International Airport's Tom Bradley Terminal Renovation project as a Contract Administrator. Notable projects in his portfolio include: All American Canal Lining Project, San Francisco Transbay Central Terminal, San Francisco Salesforce Tower, Apple's Central & Wolfe Campus, LAUSD High School #1, San Vicente Dam Raise, Las Vegas Lake Mead Pumping Station, and Sutter Health Hospitals. Mushegh is a licensed Professional Engineer in California.

Structural Designer

Alex has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry, working at multiple large scale and complex projects including water treatment plants, manufacturing plants, and airport projects.

His great sense of responsibility and work production make him a perfect contributor to the Biayna’s smart engineering designs.

Alex holds a master’s in mechanical engineering from Armenia’s National University of Architecture and Construction.

Office Administrator

With her avid work ethic, friendly customer support, punctuality, and professionalism, Sona has gained the favor of our customers. She holds a master’s degree in business marketing and management and is a driving force in Biayna’s team.
